This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones the website cambiocollective.co uses, and how you can manage them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
We use very few. By default the Website runs only privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. Cookies that are not strictly necessary — currently only Google Analytics — are used solely if you accept them in our cookie banner.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to make it work, to remember your preferences, or to gather statistical information. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, do much the same thing.
Cookies can be "first-party" (set by the site you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by another provider, such as an analytics service), and they can last only for your session or persist for a defined period.
2. Your consent
When you first visit the Website, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential (analytics) cookies. Strictly necessary technologies — such as the one that remembers your cookie choice — load without consent, because the site cannot remember your preference without them. Until you accept, no Google Analytics cookies are set.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which re-opens the banner.

4. Cookieless analytics (no consent required)
We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand traffic and page performance. These are cookieless: they store no cookies or other information on your device and produce only aggregate, anonymous data that cannot identify you. For that reason they run without requiring consent.
5. How to manage cookies in your browser
Beyond our banner, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers explain how to do this in their help pages — for example under "Privacy" or "Cookies and site data". Because the Website sets no essential cookies beyond your consent choice, blocking cookies will not stop it from working.
